- Support for linking in ODF has progressed since d11, and is much more complete
- in R1. In particular, the area you mention (persistent links) now has default
- code in the framework, and the programmer only needs to provide the
- part-specific stuff. As for complexity, have you looked at the OpenDoc
- recipes? Seriously, we're working to reduce the burden on the part-writer, but
- Rome was not built in a day.
